Partner Deadlifting
60 reps
With a partner, pick a weight that is a 3-5 rep max for each of you, then alternate lifting. Each partner must complete 30 reps, but no more than 5 per turn.

I was able to maintain 5 each turn; thus doing 30 burpees at the end. I think I made Jim work hard! ;) Strong work Jim!
