I decided not to drive again today,Mark (my son) in his football class does a workout they call "sets" because they add 2 sets a week. Crossfitters would say they add 2 rounds.We did 10 rds 10 pu 10 jumping squats 10 "man eaters" these are like burpees minus the push-up and jump-and-clap
