Not much better when just looking at time alone. However, at this time last year, I was still using a ball to measure depth of SQ's. Now, I use no ball and go WELL below SQ depth!! I was able to keep all HSPU unbroken.

Ok 3 mins slower and rx deadlifts last time. 48:33 this time with 145 dl . I guess I'll blame this summer's broken ankle for an excuse
