  1. Greetings from Frankfurt! We're having a fabulous time and even managed to WOD this morning...Chris's first taste of CrossFit :)

    Chris did great and I really felt it, too; my first WOD in about 2 weeks. We've also walked about 20 miles since Sunday just exploring the city.
