Row 500m (damper at 10)

  3. I heard this one was tough. I enjoyed a nice 15k at Mohawk Park for the Sweetheart Run! Gorgeous weather, I even got a little sunburn (completely slipped my mind to apply sunscreen in FEBRUARY)!!
