    MODS:
    1" band PLU
    150 Singles - 3:1 for DU

    May 19 was 24:36 with 1 1/2" band. Unbroken first round PLU, and all SU - first time. Broke up last round PLU 15 - 8 - 2. Burpees best continuity yet. Great WOD and PRs today!

    Warm-up: 300m run & 20 KBS (35# for the 1st time)
    WOD: 400m Farmer's Walks (35#)
    400m Waiter's Walks (20#) 200m each arm
    x2 rounds

    My forearms are screaming! Oh, and I tried this contraption called TRX...pretty cool!
