  6. I did one from a few weeks ago : run 400 40 sqts 30 sit ups 20 push ups and 10 pull ups then reverse it! : 12.58 thought I wasn't going to have enough time to do unworthy b4 my LAST DAY at THE Y!!!! :-D but turns out I did o well next time I'll be more " worthy" ;-)
