    Run 400
    115# DL (only thing I can do Rx)
    Jumping PLU (sorta from a 17" box)
    HSPU (from a 24" box)

    I am still a work in progress. I do think the jumping PLU will help my upper body strength and save my hands.

    Patty, I will miss you. Please stay in touch and keep exercising. Come back when you can.

    ( decided to earn my insanity card wig Danny and Robert and do heavier deadlifts ;-)
