  4. I took my Army PT test today, perfect 300! First one in a while. For the last year and a half, I have WOD'ed the day before, and then missing the 300 mark by 1-4 points!! So I decided to do mobility WOD's yesterday instead.

    The 2-mile run was hardest. I ran at LaFortune while the winds were 20-40 mph! One mile of that head wind SUCKS!!!

    Now I get to make up the WOD from Monday!!
