I started RX, but quickly realized I wasn't going to make it. I ran 2 of the 3 Jokers as 800m, and the last one as a 400m. Most of my squats and situps were x1.
You did great, Chad. I did run 800 m the first time but modified the rest. I left at 7:30, partly from the shoulder starting to hurt again and mostly from exhaustion. Thanks Team 1 for your encouragement. It was fun while it lasted (ha)
