"Battle Buddy"
20 Tire Flips (210/175)
40 Meter shuttle run x 4
80 Buddy Push-ups
100 Meter Buddy Carry
100 Sit-ups
80 Pull-ups
40 Wall-Ball Tosses @ 5m(20/12)
20 Tire Flips

Notes:
Each "buddy" must complete exactly half of each exercise. Tire flips and shuttle runs are to be alternated. The "buddy" being carried is inoperative/injuried on the battle field, no piggy back. 3-person WOD option will be posted at gym.
Class will be at 0900.

ReplyDeleteWe were Rx on everything except my ball throws. She was Rx at 12, I needed 20, but we compromised and did 16. Lesley piggy backed me! All else was Rx. Thanks for teaming with me Lesley!

ReplyDeleteWOD'n with Jimmy was a challenge, but lots of fun. I should probably add a disclaimer that I did about 5 DU's to every one of Jimmy's 50. He certainly carried the weight on the bonus round!
