Ok, I guess I should have read the post from the last time we did this. I may have chosen a different WOD! :) Too late now!Fun, Fun here we come!!!

25:05 Rx14 sec PR. :-/I think nap time is calling again today! This WOD almost earned me a badge, almost. :( Maybe I can push harder next time!
30:23 (mods: 1" PLU; Knee PU; SU; 16" box) - I moved up from the 14" to 16" box this morning! Yippee! Followed by swimming: one mile (35 laps) in about 40 minutes
