AM portion - In about 43 minutes - 2 miles, 60 PLU, 120 PU, and 180 Squats (12 Rnds - 5/10/15). PM Portion - in about 24 minutes - 1 mile, 40 PLU, 80 PU, and 120 Squats (4 Rnds - 10/20/30) Then another mile with Lou... The rest of the night...where's the chair?!
Next time will try the WOD 10 rds - 10/20/30. 20 rnds is too many!
To say the least... it was TOUGH! I did the full workout with rowing in place of the runs. Took me 60:24. I haven't been this sore after a workout for a long time.
