You may partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats however you like. Simply put the mile run at the beginning and the end.

  2. Tough. Only got 75 PLU, 150 PU, and 225 Squats in the allotted 45 minutes.

  3. I agree with Chad...TOUGH!

    AM portion - In about 43 minutes - 2 miles, 60 PLU, 120 PU, and 180 Squats (12 Rnds - 5/10/15).
    PM Portion - in about 24 minutes - 1 mile, 40 PLU, 80 PU, and 120 Squats (4 Rnds - 10/20/30)
    Then another mile with Lou...
    The rest of the night...where's the chair?!

    Next time will try the WOD 10 rds - 10/20/30. 20 rnds is too many!

  4. To say the least... it was TOUGH! I did the full workout with rowing in place of the runs. Took me 60:24. I haven't been this sore after a workout for a long time.

  5. I just look at the Murph I did last year and my time was 70 something... a 10 minute PR!! Yep Yep!
