Be advised, over the next week we will repeat another WOD we have done recently. This one and that one are part of the boot camp program, which I will be running along with class since Erin will be in Colorado.
Try to improve time, duh! But also try to improve form from last time, another duh!
I rode 30 miles this morning followed by 2 hours of yard work...I think I'm done! Rested yesterday and it was SO nice! We're doing the Firecracker 5K Monday morning, but I'll come WOD if we finished the race in time; I love the holiday WODs!
