3 Thrusters (100/65)*
3 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
6 Thrusters
6 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
9 Thrusters
9 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
12 Thrusters
12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups
...15/15, 18/18 and so on until you reach the end of 7 minutes.
*Masters, 55+, weight is (90/55)

1.5" for chest to bar for reps 3-9
2" for 12 reps
