ReplyDeleteI got all the burpees and 10 OHS @ 32# in the first 10 minutes.
ReplyDeleteI continued to complete 1 full round in 19:33 w/ 1" PLU & 1" dips @ 3:1 mod for muscle ups.
Later, I braved the wind (and the unexpected rain) to complete my longest bike ride EVER...60 miles!! Each time the wind tried to blow me over I was that much more determined to finish. VICTORY!
Oh, and I am thoroughly impresses with those Rx OHSs, ladies!
