Snatch balance:3 rep - 1251 rep - 145I did 3 rep snatch balance until shoulders started to hate coming back down. Jumped to 165, and shouldn't have, 3 failed attempts! :( looks like I need to practice more with lighter weight. Umm, sounds like I have heard that somewhere before. ;)Good work this morning team!

Rowing CFE:1081 metersworked on snatch balance form with PVC. Shoulder is doing well but still healing.
