Man!! too sore from heavy thrusters.Shoulders really hurt after a few warm up squat cleans. Maybe I will make this one up on Sat. Did some rowing instead 10 rds 30 sec on 30 sec off rowed 1340 meters.
Much better!! Slightly, slower and pudgier, too, thanks to all the awesome victuals and lack of CF. Thanks Amber, I miss all of you too.
