ReplyDeleteStarted the zone yesterday. Not so bad at all. Plenty to eat. Not starving. Ate 17 strict blocks plus 2 baby back ribs that my son didn't eat. Couldn't let those babies go to waste:)

ReplyDeleteStart of the 3rd week on the zone and I feel great. Rubbermaid will become your friend, especially if you are a busy person. You will not go hungry on the zone but if you are not a fan of fruit and vegetables the zone may not be right for you.
ReplyDelete6:45 Rx I'm feeling stronger every day on the Zone. Lots of tasty veggies. I think another key is to keep the food as simple as possible. I try to make sure that my food goes from source to my mouth in the fewest amount of steps.
