75 Sit-ups
100 Double Unders (400 singles)

...then Run 800m

  1. 25:01 Rx--so long (again ) to the dungeon and that nice long hill.

    Maybe on Tuesday we can meet in the Health Zone Lobby to go together over to the new place--provided it is ready. I am thinking 0510ish. Phil suggested running to the new place as a warm up.
