Great job today gyus!!* just a heads up: tmrw (sat) instead of doing a WOD in crossfit gym, i will coming in upstairs in the pool to do "Phelps" at 10:30. If anyone would like to join me feel free, if not have a great weekend! :-)
You 5:30 guys all did GREAT today!!! I was heartbroken that I've not been released by the Doc yet and had to miss this workout. *snicker*So, I did "Blackjack". Hey, it's no FGB, but I did get a blister on my hand from all the push-ups. Sympathy anyone?Time: 27:19
