    Started with 2 thongs for C2B PLUs, then switched to a blue 1". I finished with a blue and purple (1.5") for the last 5 or so.

    105# DLs for 1st 2 rounds, 95# for 3rd round (my back started hurting)

  5. 19:32 rx. Noticed we ran inside last time and I got 19:14. Not too bad considering the hill. Managed not to cry over heavy deadlifts. :)

  6. I should have looked at my previous time and weight before I did the WOD this morning

    Last time I did 25:39 with 185# DL

    Kind of disappointing, but I was not really feeling a challenge this morning so I am glad I didn't look:)
