  1. I just wanted to say that I am proud of Jimmy because if you go to Crossfit's main page, under the affiliates you will indeed find Maximum Performance Crossfit listed under Tulsa. I think we have a very unique gym with some amazing people. Keep working hard.

  3. In the final stages of getting my place put back together apres flood and missed this WOD as I can actually post a good time. Cant wait to get back to MP! Between water and snow its been a trip. Did 3 miles on the treadmill and 75 18" box jumps, 25 16", and 25 14". Hit the wall at 20". Threw in 25 KBS with 25 lb dumbell. Hoover Wind Tunneling for time now. Can we please invent a voice activated vacuum?
