ReplyDeleteI first attempted to achieve level 3, 100 Dbl Unders, in the Jumprope challenge. I was going smooth, and then my rope caught the trashcan on number 98!!! AHHH!!! I guess I will have to get more practice. :)
I then did Handstand work with Robert and Jaime. Then Jaime and I did today's WOD.
My time was 1:43 RX, no SU.
However, Erin then said that I needed to do 100. So I did my 25 SU's, and then did 25 more push press. Total time, including rest time for Erin to harass me, 3:43! :p
Then, I went to LaFortune to do a 10K.
Time: 48:42
It was hot!!
Have an awesome weekend! I am going to sleep and plan to wake up in time to post WOD for Monday. :)
Ran 10K at LaFortune with Erin- 54:28 (45 seconds faster than last Saturday). Worked on muscleups. Did about 13 singles, but no doubles. Pretty cool to see Jimmy, Robert, Erin, and Jaime working on all sorts of handstands, as well as Mel working on her speed skips and rowing. Great job guys!
