1 min on 1 min off, 1 min on 50 sec off, 1 min on 40 sec off,1 min on
30 sec off, 1 min on 20 sec off, 1 min on 10 sec off; then go back up
the ladder, finishing with 1 min on 50 sec off, 1 min on.

Did the CFE wod with Danny and Jimmy holy cow it was brutal outside!!! the heat was just gross! Think we must of lost like 3-5 lbs in sweat ;-) then did max rep pull ups did 23 gonna try again see if I can get 30 :-) great job guys!!

2586 on the 12 min row. Got 18 plu and attempted hspu, but didn't get it.
ReplyDeleteI'm missing good stuff but back won't allow workouts like that just yet...NSAIDS have helped..at least I can get up out of a chair without looking like granny:) Miss you guys..I'm getting soft, ugh..............
