Execution:
You can either measure using a Garmin or other distance GPS; or, set up 2 cones 10 meters apart and sprint back and forth as needed.

He said he couldn't do a good exam today because it was still hurting too much and has some swelling. I have to go back on Friday Until then. R.I.C.E and Ibuprofen. This evening the pain is much less than last night... I think that is a good sign.
ReplyDelete185 RX. Got 2 at 195, but failed at # 3.
ReplyDeleteAlso did the CFE rowing before front squats. Successfully completed 240M. Failed at 250M by a pull or two.
did the rowing wod completed 210m and failed on 220 by about one pull!! did some front squats after that and got to 125.

95#...PR by about 20# (I think) Been a really long time since I've done them...Had more in me but moved on to great tutoring on OHS..Thanks so much Jimmy, it helped alot!
