Had a great group show up! Great job everyone! Lesson learned, no "300" day before race! :)

  2. St Patrick's Day 5K:

    GPS: 30:11 HOWEVER!

I walked about 15 yards before I remembered to look. So, I'm thinking I might have been under 30!! Best time for me in a long while! I'll post the chip time when available.

  6. Ok...I looked up my chip time...how can my chip time be more than my Garmin says..and I forgot to hit the stop button on my garmin after I crossed the finish line? I'll stick with 30:11 and just call it a PR.

Congrat Jamie on the PR..and I'm glad all is well again the library universe!

  7. FYI:
I believe on the Tulsa Runner's World website, the time on the result sheet is the gun time/clock time, not chip.

  10. Congrats on all the PRs at the race!

I walked almost 11 miles with a couple of participants at training.

Also, I have to give a huge shout out to Jimmy and CF because I was able to double my cycle mileage from a 20-mile ride to a 40-mile ride and survive! Without CF I would've have never been able to successfully jump mileage like that. Thanks, Jimmy!!
