24:44;fat band, 22 lb thrusters. I checked my time 2 years ago and it 39:02 and that was jumping pull-ups. Congrats to all who achieved PR's.
I rested today.Yesterday I ran 15 miles. Time: 2:13:34My legs were smoked today!
Ran 8 miles with Erin and could definitely feel it. 26:10 rx
I laid on the couch with the kleenex box...
