  2. Thanks to the bootcampers and 0530 for letting me crash mid WOD. It was hopping and well done everyone. I had to scat at 7:00 so did a bridge WOD:

    Rowed 10K - 55:22.

  5. 24:27 Rx--impressive showing by everyone. Gloves came off for the bootcampers getting "decked" to start week 5. Impressive was Tim who stayed to the final card! Nice work.
