    PLUs with small and medium band
    KB Swings with 1.25 POOD
    Burpees done while wanting to die

  6. 22:35 Rx--great one! Well done--Melanie gave me a push today as well as Danny--great work to them. Tyler the 15 burpees to catch up in the Burpee Challenge after 70 in the workout was quite something. Glad you a part of the 0530 crew.

    Joined in the challenge and did 15 burpees after the WOD. This was a great WOD - bark much worse than the bite. Great work all and Jimmy, the suggestions were spot on. Thanks!

  9. 19:04 rx abmatbf , ok really getting sick of this "funk" I thought I was over it! It just seems like I have hit a cf wall. I am one the zone/ paleo ( with an occasional beer ;-) but Its like I have regressed and don know why! Ugh is there a CF support group? Kinda like alcoholics anyomus?? For crossfitters who have lost their mojo??

    ~*~ anyway on a lighter note: Anne sooo happy your back!! Your gonna hve blast with the 8:30s!!
