  1. Erin and I had fun this weekend doing the sectional wods. Erin rocked Wod 1 and did it RX. Though her shins paid the price, she did an excellent job. Come out to sectionals this saturday and sunday to get some inspiration, Erin and I will be judges. It was wonderful getting to know people from other crossfit gyms. Crossfit instantly bonds people, strange but true. I love our gym and have the utmost respect for everyone, and I would like to also welcome Steve to MP. Keep working hard and work towards your goals.

  3. 21:46 - double unders for first two rounds. Since it was beginning to look as if I would finish at around noon, I switched to singles for rounds three through five. Great job everyone.

  11. Sounds like you all had a great day. I wish I could have joined you!

    My Dad became ill and we have spent the weekend in the ICU. He has pulmonary embolisms in both lungs (finally a CT scan and a diagnosis!!) Hopefully they will isolate what caused it and get him on the road to a complete recovery.

    Keep us in your thoughts and prayers and we'll see you all soon!
